I Like Black Cats and I Cannot Lie

I've had this dress for about a year, and it is still one of my favorite pieces in my closet.  True, I do have a black cat (not in a creepy way, just in a she was cute and liked me when I went to adopt a cat kind of way), but I also love dresses with fun patterns and prints. This has just the right amount of quirk and punk-rock-ness made lady-like with a fitted waist and a black pointed collar. However, paired with a leather jacket and lace up wedges, as well as a side braid, I felt very Mindy-Lahiri-goes-to-a-concert (hopefully you watch the Mindy Project and caught that reference!)
