So I am absolutely in love with this dress. I normally stay away from spaghetti straps, because I tend to be insecure about my big old swimmer shoulders and upper arms, but I couldn't resist this one with its cute print. And, what better place to break out a Lilly dress than Lilly's birthplace, Palm Beach?
